The centre provides a unique therapeutic environment with clinicians that combine psychological acumen and training along with quintessential life experience. Based on the client’s own narrative, the centre utilizes a combination of psychology theories including Client-Centered, Existential, Jungian, and Psychodynamic to best guide the client. Not only is the focus on assisting the client with current struggles but growing the client’s insight, resilience and adaptability.
