The pattern assists in bringing unconscious material to consciousness allowing one to become aware of complexes and the need for adjustment. The therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is paramount for it is a window unto the client’s world.

HOW LONG DOES THERAPY TAKE?

This is the most common question. The duration of therapy is dependent on the the nature of the therapy, the symptoms of the the client, the intensity of the situation and the need for extensive support. A good baseline is to give it at least 3 months to understand the concept, build consistency, and partake in doing the work between sessions. It is recommended to fully commit to the process in order to feel the effects. Therapy can occur on an on-going basis with self discovery covering years.
